Eligibility for Return

• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Issue reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video and images provided as proof

Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

• Energized or activated gemstones and Rudraksha
• Customized or made-to-order jewellery
• Used, worn, or tampered products
• Items without original packaging or certification

This ensures every customer receives products in their purest and untouched form.

Refund Process

• Processed within 5–7 working days after approval
• Credited to the original payment method
• Prepaid orders refunded digitally
• COD orders may require bank details
